Nic and Vicky set up home together in Weston-super-Mare after a brief romance!
Nic and Vicky met through the Internet, after many long chats they both felt it was time to meet each-other and get to know one another better; they did not expect to find “true love!”
After a short courtship, Nic proposed to Vicky in their favourite restaurant; of course we know the answer...or do we?
Nic and Vicky were married in the beautiful grounds at Rookery Manor or 15th May 2007, with in the outdoor gazebo. What a magical setting!
As Vicky glided down the aisle towards her husband to be, she looked both relaxed and joyous. Vicky took Nic’s breath away in her beautiful bridal gown, Cyprus by Romantica.
The gown being apt named after a Greek Island, as they were heading off to the Greek Island Zante for their honeymoon! The bridal gown was diamond white, embroidered with crystals on the bodice with a lace back. There were crystals embroidered on the long train and the dress sat just off Vicky’s shoulders! A fitting gown for such a special occasion.
Vicky and Nic chose such wonderful colours to compliment their wedding day. They chose electric bue and yellow roses. Roses were Vicky’s Granddad’s favourite flowers. Vicky’s Granddad passed away some twenty-two years ago, so Vicky felt more than ever that she wanted to feel like he was part of her BIG DAY!
Nic and Vicky chose Rookery Manor for the Civil Ceremony, Wedding Breakfast and Evening Celebrations because not only does Nic feel part of the furniture as he is truly a valuable Rookery Manor employee, but both him and Vicky fell in love with the picturesque gardens, lake and overall surroundings.
Nic felt one hundred per cent confident that the Rookery Manor Wedding Team would look after them both throughout the day and would ensure that the day ran smoothly….which of course it did!
Nic and Vicky had been together 11 months when they became husband and wife! Even though a short courtship, may they have a very long and blissful marriage as Mr and Mrs Brown!
