I have always found Stephanie very accommodating and she will put herself out to help us. This was very much evident during the EXCEL selection day where we booked 1 room when 2 were required. She helped clear out another room we could use. Very helpful when it comes to clearing out rooms at lunchtime and ensuring we get the keys so security of our high value items e.g. Laptops, handbags.

She is always there on hand when we arrive and again when we finish.

Overall I am very impressed with her level of service.
