I am writing to thank you for your assistance in planning and hosting the annual National Pubwatch Conference at Rookery Manor.

From the verbal feedback we have received so far it appears that the conference was well received by the delegates and that is in no small part due to your efforts. The venue offered superb facilities and your staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay with you.

What was particularly pleasing was your flexibility and willingness to accommodate our needs, from getting your electrician to move your lighting unit to conference staff packing delegates bags. All of these things made our job easier and allowed us to concentrate on running the conference.

It was a pleasure to meet you and your staff and once again thank you for your efforts on our behalf.
