Dear Ian

After holding our final company meeting of 2007 at Rookery Manor last week, I am writing to thank you and all your staff for the professionalism and kind hospitality they have shown us throughout the year.

Both Steph and Chris have been extremely helpful and understanding (especially when they have been subjected to my last minute requests!) and are a real asset to your business. From the first time we used the conferencing facilities, early in 2005, we have always received a first class service from everyone involved at Rookery Manor and it is pleasing to find another organisation which clearly prides itself on attention to detail and to providing genuine customer care.

Too often in life, as well as business, we take things for granted, but when I receive something that exceeds my expectations, I feel compared to tell others and to congratulate the people and organisation involved.

Debt Dr looks forward to continuing our business relationship with Rookery Manor throughout 2008 as our number one choice of venue.
