Dear Steph,

I wanted to put pen to paper to express my absolute thanks and gratitude for all that you have done to look after us over the last few days.

When I spoke to you I did mention that my expectation that the 3 days would arguably be the most significant of my career so far. Whilst that may have sounded an exaggeration it was far from it and I have to say that I could not be a happier man than I am for the results we have achieved. You have been an absolutely fantastic host for us and we are all extremely grateful for the way in which you looked after us. Feedback has been unanimously positive and I know that following the feedback that we gave after the last event, for example, the food service was a lot quicker and meant that we were able to squeeze more into the day.

Equally, you yourself were always in hand to assist and help us throughout and speaking from both Sarah and my point of view such help is invaluable. I will have absolutely no hesitation recommending you to others in the future and I am certain that we will be re-booking you for future conferences.

Once again out huge thanks and we look forward to working wish you again.
